Helen has a wealth of knowledge in dental nursing. With over 20 years of general practice and community dentistry experience and many post graduate qualifications including sedation radiography. She enjoys time with her family keeping fit and socialising.

I am a second generation dentist originally from Cheshire, approximately nine years ago, after meeting my wife I moved to this area and started a family. Since settling here I have been working at the Queen Victoria Medical Centre undertaking various roles for Morecambe Bay Community Dentistry.

I graduated from the University of Sheffield Charles Clifford Dental School in 2000.  I have undertaken post graduate training in conscious sedation at Manchester Dental Hospital and implantology at the University of Central Lancashire and continue to attend courses and lectures.  Since graduating I’ve worked as an NHS general practitioner, private cosmetic dentist, community dental services dentist and clinical orthodontic assistant in a specialist orthodontic practice and a clinical supervisor for final year dental students.  

This has given me a broad understanding of the development of teeth and the head and neck.  This is the basis for a comprehensive, caring, predictable clinical approach. This has placed me a position where I can provide the best care and treatment for my patients, whether it is a patient requiring cosmetic dentistry or routine care for patients with disabilities.   

I am building a clinic with team of staff who will be providing contemporary dentistry in a friendly and relaxed environment.

 Rebecca has over 15 years experience in dental nursing. She has an interest in special needs dental nursing and has many years experience of intra-venous sedation.

Michelle has been a dental nurse  for over 10 years.  I first worked with Michelle at St Georges Dental Practice.  She has moved onto be a full time dental nurse trainer with dentrain.  With a wealth of experience she brings on our training nurses and helps out with more complicated procedures.
